Simple and Secure Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure payment options to make enrolling in our courses as convenient as possible. You can choose to pay online through Payable Forms using a credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. Alternatively, we offer invoicing with credit card, Paypal, or check options.

Payable Forms

Payable Forms is a secure online payment platform that allows you to pay quickly and easily using a credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. Once you've registered for your course via Google Form, you'll be taken to our payment portal to select your preferred payment method.

Invoicing

If you prefer to pay by invoice, we can send you an invoice via email. Invoices can be paid by credit card, Paypal, or check. Please note that there may be a slight delay in processing your enrollment if you choose to pay by invoice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that our Wild Med courses represent a significant investment of both time and money. Rest assured, it's an investment that will pay dividends in your wilderness medicine skills. While we hope you'll be able to attend, we recognize that unexpected life events can happen. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering to ensure you're comfortable with the terms.

Need to Cancel? Here's What to Know:

  • Full Refund (minus $50 fee): Cancel at least 30 days before the course and get most of your money back. We deduct a $50 administrative fee to cover processing costs.

  • Course Credit (instead of Refund): Cancellations within 48 hours to 30 days of the course will be credited towards a future Don't Panic LLC/DMM course. This credit is valid for one year.

  • No Refund: Missed the 48-hour window? Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the course.

  • Refunds by Mail: We'll send your refund by check to the address on your registration.

Special Circumstances:

If something unexpected comes up, please contact Don't Panic LLC. We'll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Don’t Panic LLC reserves the right to cancel a course, though we strive to avoid this. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

Pay Over Time

We understand that paying for a course upfront may not always be feasible. To help make our courses more accessible, we offer flexible payment options.

We can arrange a customized payment plan. Please let us know:

  • Desired Payment Amount: The amount you'd like to pay per installment.

  • Payment Schedule: The timeframe over which you'd like to make payments (e.g., monthly, bi-weekly).

Once we have this information, we will send you a personalized invoice via email.

Important Note: All payments must be completed before the start of the course.
